Charity supportThe ATCO EPIC program is an employee-led initiative where committees plan, implement and administer workplace fundraising campaigns. The annual program combines fundraising events and employee donations that support a wide variety of charitable and not-for-profit organisations. Employees of ATCO Australia companies are active in the program and support a range of local not-for-profit organisations and charities through their participation. Globally, the efforts of employees across the ATCO Group saw $3.6 million dollars pledged in 2015.ATCO matches employee donationsEmployees can donate to the charity of their choice, giving them the opportunity to make a difference in their own community. ATCO matches employee donations to human health and wellness charities, effectively doubling the impact in these communities. ATCO absorbs all administration costs, ensuring that 100 per cent of the funds raised go directly toward the benefiting organisations.ATCO employees volunteering their timeATCO EPIC recognises employees who volunteer their time and assist charitable and not-for-profit organisations. Every year, employees volunteering 50 hours or more are eligible to apply to receive a donation to a registered charity of their choice. In 2015, employees throughout ATCO Group’s worldwide operations volunteered nearly 20,000 hours to make our communities a better place to work and live.
