CinéfestOZ returns in 2016 with a diverse program of quality film events and entertainment for all ages and tastes. The annual film festival has become one of the most loved cultural events in the south-west region and this year will see more than 68 venues and spaces hosting over 110 film and event options.
Taking in the regional centres of Busselton, Bunbury, Margaret River and surrounds, the cream of Australian and French film ties together seamlessly with local food and wine for which the south-west is famous.
In a short period of time CinéfestOZ has established itself as a premier film industry destination and is now home to Australia’s richest film prize. Four finalists will vie for $100,000, including locally made feature Jasper Jones which was shot in the town of Pemberton and adapted from the book by Dwellingup resident Craig Silvey. Other finalists include Spin Out, Girl Asleep and The Death and Life of Otto Bloom, all of which will be shown during the festival alongside numerous other fantastic feature and short films.
ATCO Australia is pleased to be a Premium Partner of CinéfestOZ and looks forward to another successful event that brings opportunities and benefits to south-west communities.
Tickets and more information about the festival is available on the CinéfestOZ website.
