Bobbi LambrightManaging Director & Chief Operating Officer
Bobbi was appointed Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for ATCO Australia in July 2015. Bobbi has held progressively senior positions since joining the ATCO Group of Companies in 1986, most recently as President, Distribution Division, ATCO Electric in Canada. Bobbi’s is responsible for leading and delivering strategic growth initiatives of ATCO’s utilities and energy businesses in Australia, and has overall accountability of ATCO’s operations, including ATCO Gas Australia’s natural gas networks in Western Australia, the state’s largest, and ATCO’s power generation assets. Bobbi brings to the role extensive experience in regulated utility operations and a sharp focus on customer service and the development of competitive, cost-effective products and services.
John IvulichChief Financial Officer
John was appointed Chief Financial Officer in August 2014 having served as Director, Finance for ATCO Australia since joining the company in 2011 following ATCO's acquisition of the WestNet Infrastructure Group. He holds the strategic financial planning responsibility for ATCO Australia and oversees the delivery of accounting, finance, tax, business planning, forecasting and treasury functions. John is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting & Finance.
Simon ByrneGeneral Counsel
Simon joined ATCO Australia in December 2013 from ATCO Gas Australia where, since 2010, he had held various executive positions including Senior Legal Counsel and General Manager, Commercial Services. At ATCO Australia his areas of responsibility include HSS&E, Facilities Management, Risk Management, Insurance and Internal Audit co-ordination, while also providing legal advice across all ATCO Australia companies. Additionally, Simon is Company Secretary and an Executive Director of ATCO Australia. A qualified lawyer, he holds Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of Western Australia.
Frayne DonaldsonGeneral Manager, Power
Frayne joined ATCO Australia in 2016 and is responsible for the financial, commercial and operational performance and management of ATCO’s existing power generation stations and related assets, as well customer development and growth. Frayne has held a variety of progressively senior positions over 31 years with ATCO in Canada as well as Australia where he was previously Station Manager at the Osborne Facility in Adelaide (2006 – 2008). He holds an Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma and a Masters of Business Administration.
Steve LewisGeneral Manager, Business Development
Steve commenced his role at ATCO Australia in October 2015, having spent the past five years with Australian gas pipeline owner the APA Group, and prior to that more than a decade with Woodside Energy. An experienced and customer focussed manager, Steve is responsible for identifying and delivering on growth opportunities utilising ATCO’s wide ranging expertise across the energy infrastructure value chain. Steve holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
Edward RileyGeneral Manager, Information Technology
Edward joined ATCO in June 2012 as Program Delivery Manager for ATCO I-Tek Australia and was promoted to General Manager, ATCO I-Tek Australia in May 2013. In September 2014, Edward assumed the role of General Manager Information Technology, responsible for the development and implementation of the overall information technology strategy across the operations of ATCO Australia's including ATCO Gas Australia and ATCO Power Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Computing and Informatics from the UK and has over 10 years' experience in project and programme management across the Finance, Mining and Utility industries.
Amy StanleyGeneral Manager, Human Resources
Amy joined ATCO Australia in September 2015 and is responsible for managing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the Human Resources function at ATCO Australia, ATCO Power Australia and ATCO Gas Australia. Having held senior HR roles within a number of industries, Amy has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of human resource management, organisational development and industrial relations. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics as well as a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources.
Pat DonovanPresident, ATCO Gas Australia
Pat was appointed President, ATCO Gas Australia in April 2015 and has more than 20 years of natural gas industry experience and expertise in operations, pipeline engineering and project management. He joined ATCO Gas Australia in 2003 after migrating from Ireland, and has held progressively senior management and operational roles. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the company's gas distribution network assets. As President, Pat is responsible for the overall management and direction of ATCO Gas Australia, including the company's growth objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechanical) and a Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia and Institution of Gas Engineers, Australia.
